RETURN POLICY

  • THERE IS A 14 DAY RETURN POLICY ON PARTS AND ACCESSORIES, EXCLUDING ELECTRICAL, FROM THE TIME THE ITEM IS DROPPED OFF FROM CARRIER
  • THEY WILL BE A 30% RESTOCK FEE CHARGED WHEN THE ITEM IS RETURNED ON ALL APPROVED RETURNS “NO EXCEPTIONS”
  • BE ADVISED THAT SOME MANUFACTURERS SUCH AS VOODOO AND DIRTY BIRD ALLOW NO RETURNS UNLESS PRIOR NOTIFICATION OF DEFECT UPON RECEIVING THAT BEING SAID EACH CASE IS REVIEWED HERE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS WE WILL DO A RETURN IN SOME CASES WHEN THE MANUFACTURE WILL NOT THAT BEING SAID IT IS OUR BELIEF THAT EVERYONE SHOLD STAND BY THERE PARTS IF SOME CHOOSE NOT TO THEN MR. BEAM WILL STEP IN REVIEW THE ORDER AND MANY TIMES APPROVE THE RETURN THAT BEING SAID THERE WILL BE A 30 % ON ALL RETURNS YOU CAN EXCHANGE DOLLOR FOR DOLLOR BUT A FLAT RETURN WILL BE CHARGED THE FEE.  
  • IF DAMAGED IN SHIPPING THE CARRIER WILL BE LIABLE.
  • PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED UNDAMAGED, MODIFIED, AND UNINSTALLED UNLESS OTHER WISE NOTED.
  • RETURNS WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION OR DOESN’T MEET ONE OF THE ABOVE WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO BUYER AT BUYERS EXPENSE.
  • ALL BODY PARTS AND FIBERGLASS ARE MADE TO BE INSTALLED BY EXPERIENCED BUILDERS, IF YOU NEED THE PARTS FITTED STATE AT TIME OF ORDER AND PART WILL BE FITTED FOR A UP CHARGE.
